Article 1 - Duration of stay :

The customer who signs the contract concluded for a fixed period may under no circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises, except with the agreement of the owner.

 

Article 2 - conclusion of contract :

The on-line reservation becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it by a means of payment valid on the date of the beginning of the stay.

 

Article 3 - Cancellation by the customer: 

a) In the event of cancellation modification up to 24 hours before the arrival date, no charge will be made.

b) In the event of late cancellation modification no-show, the owner will charge 50% of the total cost of the stay.

c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains the property of the owner.

 

Article 4 - Arrival : 

The customer is welcomed on the specified day from 4 pm earlier depending on availability. In the event of late arrival (after 9:30 pm), the customer must inform the owner.

 

Article 5 - Payment: 

Payment to the owner by : Cash, CB, bank transfer payment link (to be requested from the owner).

 

Article 6 - taxe de séjour :

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the Public Treasury.

It amounts to 0.88€ for the year 2026.

 

Article 7 - Use of the premises :

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He/she undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition.

The premises are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, not being able to rent the room for the following night, the customer will be charged an additional night.

 

Article 8 - Animals:

The contract specifies that the customer may stay with a pet for an additional €5 per night. Customers must ensure that their pets are clean do not disturb other guests during their stay (barking, scratching, biting, etc.).

In the event of material damage resulting from the presence of the customer's pet, the customer undertakes to pay the costs incurred to replace/correct the damage.

Article 9- capacity : 

The contract is drawn up for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification a breach of contract on the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the departure of a number of clients greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains the property of the owner.

 

Article 10 - Insurance : 

The customer is responsible for all damage caused by his her own fault, should therefore check whether his her main home insurance policy includes the holiday extension (vacation rental). The hirer certifies that he/she is covered by civil liability insurance covering his/her own liability that of any persons accompanying him/her.

 

Article 11 - Disputes : 

If no agreement can be reached with the owner of the hotel, it is recommended to contact the Tourist Office, which will intervene to encourage the amicable settlement of disputes - if the complaint is made within the first three days after arrival, for any dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures the descriptive inventory,- at the end of the stay for all other disputes.For all disputes arising from the execution interruption of the present contract, only the courts of the jurisdiction of the location of the rental property are competent.
